What not to Miss from H&M Home Spring-Summer 2017 Collection
As you may have seen on multiple blog and platform, H&M Home new collection is out and buyable online. The campaign pictures are really mind blowing. They have attained a whole new level with that campaign. It so likable that you wish you’d live in there. The brilliant minds behind these pictures are Therese Senerholt for the creative direction, Lotta Agaton for the interior design and Pia UIin for the photographies.
However, as much as I love that Campaign, I don’t find it always easy, once I’m on the H&M Home shopping site or in the physical shop, to find the things that attracted me so much in the pictures.
Don’t be fooled lots of the things on the pictures are not from H&M Home or, at least, they are not for sale. Just Like the beautiful Gubi beetle chairs I’m so fond of. But that’s okay, there is plenty of beautiful items to buy from these images. So what are the trends that emerge the most from these pictures?
A weekend in Paros with H&M Home
In the colors area, the mix of blue jean and white is very strong while the use of natural material is also undeniable. We won’t complain about it, since it feels like a week-end in the Greek Islands. But the most consistent characteristics of this collection is the palette of muted neutrals which gives a really peaceful atmosphere. The bed linen are no exception with their low key colors and texture. I sometimes hesitate to buy a second duvet just to be able to do that cool contrast between bed linens just like in the advertising campaign. But then I remember that I hate changing the bedding, so I just buy two different sets and mix it up a bit.
In order to simplify your next shopping at H&M Home, here are the items you don’t want to miss from this new collection.
